The editor of this site, Julian Pollock, lives about 45 minutes from Bath, an impressive Roman Spa town near the west coast of England. He travels frequently and has family connections in England and Denmark. His spiritual connections frequently take him to India where he struggles to forsake his super slippery, silky, satin sheets in an attempt to follow short periods of gentle asceticism!

Julian weaves the passion and artistic flair of his forefathers into poetic ruminations on the joys of sensuality in between the sheets of figures that he also has to study as an accountant - thus "creating a web of artistic factasy" as he puts it!

Julian's passion for fabrics began in the early eighties with a trip to Puri in India. It was there that he became enchanted with the fascinating cloth sold in the cloth bazars. The very silky feel to cotton and the Ekat tie-dye weaving produced specimens of such beauty that he started an import business of ready-made raw silk clothing and sheets of intricately designed fabrics.

Julian Pollock has strived to weave his knowledge into a web creation on satin bedding that will serve visitors quest for information - where and how to find what they desire. He continues to expand this site including bed linens of other fabrics of similar feel, quality and substance.
