Satin water bed sheet  -  bedding down in style!

If you're looking for a satin water bed sheet, it's good to know that many of the suppliers of conventional satin sheets also manufacture water bed sheets.   Equally, the manufacturers of water beds, also supply satin sheets.   So there are plenty of sites to find just the right product.   You will need to make sure that the sheets will fit the water bed mattress.   The responsibility for getting the correct size and product when ordering is yours.   Not all suppliers accept returns.

Get the right sheet for your waterbed
A flat satin sheet, provided you have given the correct size of the bed, ie single, double, queen, king, will be fine.   The fitted sheet will need to match the water bed:  the hard sided bed, the soft frame bed and the soft sided bed.   Some suppliers make an ‘inseparable sheet set’ which joins the flat sheet to the fitted sheet down one side and across the bottom available in either right or left side opening.   They can also be joined just across the bottom, either type making it much easier to make the bed.   Other manufacturers make fitted sheets with pocket corners for hard sided beds and elastic corners for soft sided beds.

Choose the right satin fabric
Look for sheets that are made in woven satin rather than knitted. Satin bedding is frequently made from 100% polyester and many of the quality products are manufactured from a large width fabric. Bridal satin is a luxurious fabric which comes in 45” widths so that wider size sheets have to be seamed. Discounted waterbed sheets are available on many sites selling online and there are great benefits from checking the sites which have such a wide variety of products.
