The satin used for producing your waterbed sheet is made from a choice of different fabrics. It’s wise to stick to woven satin rather than knitted satin which is not so robust or easy to care for. You could certainly consider the nylon woven satin, but I‘d suggest the Charmeuse Satin as a very satisfying material both for looks and feel. Bridal satin is an alternative – it’s a luxurious, thicker fabric. This material is woven in 45” widths, so for the wider beds, they have to be seamed down the center.
